Djarot Optimistic of E-Budgeting Inputting will Finish Tomorrow

Insya Allah (Willing to God), the inputting process will complete tomorrow or precisely at 11 PM

The Regional Working Unit (SKPD) is inputting the evaluation results from the Home Affairs Ministry that had been discussed with the executive and legislative. Its process is ensured to be completed on Friday (3/20) tomorrow. 

Jakarta Vice Govenor, Djarot Saiful Hidajat claimed he is optimistic the SKPD able to complete the inputting on time. To shorten the time, the e-budgeting inputting is divided into 5 fields such as economy, financial, community welfare, government, development and environment. 

Legislative Supports Bylaw 2015 Budget

"Insya Allah (Willing to God), the inputting process will complete tomorrow or precisely at 11 PM," said Djarot, when he visited an e-budgeting inputting room in Pattern room, City Hall's Block G, Thursday (3/19).

After it is done, the inputted data would be checked and signed by the legislative. Afterwards, its draft can be sent to the ministry on Monday next week. "We agreed to issue bylaw of 2015 City Budget (APBD). The legislative and us are trying make agreement to issue the bylaw," he uttered.

The former Mayor of Blitar assured that through e-budgeting, such data could be more transparent and no more fictitious budget. "By applying this system, there will be no more mark up, double inputting, inserting, boarding out, we will keep monitoring it," he asserted. 

He acknowledged his party will keep monitoring the development of e-budgeting. He even does not hesitate to visit and check the pattern room. In this occasion, at least 2.504 programs were inputted to e-budgeting. Those programs are divided to 5 fields. It is the evaluation results from the ministry that have been discussed with the City Administration's Budget Team (TAPD) and the Budgetary Body (Banggar).
